Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You will be notified if there is a delay in processing your order. Processing times exclude custom art. Custom art may take longer to complete due to the handmade nature on the products. Please reference each custom art product for processing times. Please be understanding of delays due to high volume of orders around peak period especially or postal service problems outside of my control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5 flat rate shipping to North America, and free shipping world wide after spending $200.00
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders within Port Elgin and Southampton, Ontario available upon request at the time of checkout.
We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival..
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 5103 Bruce Road 3. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number, if available, you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at carijohnstonart@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at carijohnstonart@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
