• Delivery: Paintings are carefully packaged and shipped to your doorstep, ensuring safe arrival. Shipping cost is free. Small paintings are shipped in a cardboard mailer and larger pieces are carefully shipped in an art mailing tube.

**After You've Ordered**
After you have ordered, I will send you a message. All custom artwork is non returnable as it is custom work specifically made just for you, but I do my best to make sure that you're 100% happy with your custom art piece.  Once your artwork is completed, you will recieve an email with a photo of your artwork for approval before varnishing your artwork.

 **Reference Photos:**

After placing your order, please send:

• A clear photo of the full home from your preferred angle
• Any additional images that show helpful details (close-ups, alternate views, etc.)

Front-facing photos are perfectly fine, but side angles often create a more dynamic and atmospheric portrait especially when trees, gardens, or porches are part of the scene. Your photo doesn’t need to be professional, just clear and taken from the angle you’d like me to paint.

Please note: once the painting process begins, I can’t adjust the overall perspective.

**Personalization & Special Touches:**

Every home tells a story and I’d love to help bring yours to life. Your portrait can be customized with thoughtful details such as:

• Beloved pets
• Favourite trees, flowers, or garden features, even ones that are no longer there.
• Seasonal or holiday accents like Christmas or Halloween.

Simply share what you’d like included when you send your reference photos, and I’ll make sure those personal touches are part of your painting. It is very important to let me know any specifics beforehand as watercolour can be quite unforgiving afterwards. I always do my best to accommodate small changes after sending the final proof.

**Timeline:**

Discuss your desired timeline for the completion of the painting with Cari. While each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, understanding your timeframe will help ensure timely delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: **As the artist, Cari Johnston retains all copyrights to the artwork. The buyer must obtain written permission to reproduce said artwork for personal and commercial uses.  An additional will be added for commercial uses. This includes any prints, products, advertising, ect.
